Total Project Management is an established building company based in Little Common, Bexhill-on-Sea. Initially located at Elva Business Centre, we moved in early 2018 to a larger workspace to support our growing office team, establish a new head office, and showcase our fantastic showroom.

We are a family-run business with over 60 years of experience passed through generations. Director Ben leads the company, having joined the leadership team in 2013, and continues to carry forward our commitment to quality and service.

Total Project Management has a strong reputation across the construction industry, working on a wide range of projects including extensions, conversions, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, patios, driveways, new builds, and commercial developments.
