Total Project Management are an established building company based in Little common, Bexhill-on-Sea, Initially located at Elva Business Centre we moved at the beginning of 2018 to enjoy a larger workspace for our growing office team, a new head office and to gain a fantastic showroom.

Total Project Management is a Family run business with over 60 years experience passed through generations, brothers Adam and Ben are Directors, with Adam starting the company in 2011 and from 2013 Ben became a joint Director.

Total Project Management have been working throughout the construction industry on extensions, conversions, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping, patios, driveways, new builds and commercial projects and built a great reputation locally. We're able to offer a vast range of services throughout the building industry with a certified and trained team of tradesman, giving our clients peace of mind, our team pride themselves on being professional, efficient, trustworthy and well presented
