This data is taken either over the telephone or face-to-face in our showroom by one of our office team. How long we retain your information for -

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and may share your personal information with third party partners to provide the necessary services, and within the technology used in our business to provide the services we offer. We will firstly verify the identity of the person making the request, we would require a form of ID shown to a member of our staff.

We are required to restrict the processing of data where you contest the accuracy of the personal data until the verification of the accuracy. Or where an objection has been raised and we are considering the legitimacy of this.

CCTV -

Over the coming weeks and months, we will look at what is necessary to support the use of our surveillance to be GDPR complaint. We currently communicate the use of CCTV in the showroom and office via signage which indicates the areas covered and instructions for further information. GDPR requires personal data to be processed for only as long as its purpose requires it to be, each camera and its purpose has been assessed and determined that the footage can be retained for 10 days only. Our company use two websites www.totalprojectmanagement.co.uk and www.the-homehub.com Our websites use technologies such as: cookies, tags and scripts are used by us on our website/s and our partners, marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers, or online customer support provider. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
