Ben Huntly

Ben joined the company in 2013, bringing with him a background in carpentry and a Level 2 Diploma qualification. He is SMSTS accredited and actively maintains his first aid certification. In his role, Ben project-manages kitchen and bathroom installations, schedules daily tasks for the team of operatives, and oversees the day-to-day running of the company across various operational areas. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, has a passion for anything petrol-powered, enjoys cooking, and occasionally goes for a run.


Malcolm Huntly

Malcolm our estimator / surveyor joined our team in 2017 having been in the industry for over 40 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the construction industry. Malcolm has been a positive influence for his sons Adam & Ben from whom they have gained their experience from enabling them to build Total Project Management to where it is today. In his spare time Malcolm has a love of Formula One, Golf and Motocross. His travelled the world and has some remarkable stories to tell, which has helped to keep him young at heart. he likes to finish the day in style with a large G&T!


Sarah Driver

Sarah started with us at the end of 2017 as our Administration Manager, with her no nonsense approach she keeps the company on track and is extremely organised with her analytical skills. With a back ground in windows / doors and conservatories as well as kitchens she knows her stuff. If Sarah doesn't know it's simply isn't worth knowing. Out of the office she enjoys gigs, walking, dog sitting and a general animal lover. Sarah will most likely be the person you speak to when you call the office.


Rob Slater (Not a direct employee)

Rob is our health and safety adviser (Clearwater safety group) Rob ensures that we have all health and safety in

place and regularly updates our policies to ensure this criteria is being met which is vital in our industry. Clearwater Safety specialises in general health & safety which includes construction, CDM and training. Clearwater Fire carries out Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Management Strategies, determines alarm requirements and associated activities.
