Adam Huntly

Adam started this company from scratch in 2011 and is now jointly a Director along with his brother Ben. Adam's main aim is to to ensure and lead the company forward from all angles, Adam will also survey, price and project manage the larger projects. Adam is SMSTS accredited and maintains his first aid courses. When he isn't in the office he enjoys quality time with his adorable children. Adam also enjoys his golf and football (He's a Manchester United supporter). The Total Project Management colour was chosen by Adam as it's his favourite colour.

Ben Huntly

Ben joined the company in 2013 and is jointly a Director with his brother Adam. Ben started his career as a carpenter gaining level 2 diploma qualification. Ben is SMSTS accredited and maintains his first aid courses. Ben daily duties are to project manage kitchens and bathrooms, schedule day to day works for the team of operatives and day to day running of the accompany amongst various other areas. Ben loves spending time with his wife and children and anything fuelled by petrol along with cooking and the occasional run.

Malcolm Huntly

Malcolm our estimator / surveyor joined our team in 2017 having been in the industry for over 40 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout the construction industry. Malcolm has been a positive influence for his sons Adam & Ben from whom they have gained their experience from enabling them to build Total Project Management to where it is today. In his spare time Malcolm has a love of Formula One, Golf and Motocross. His travelled the world and has some remarkable stories to tell, which has helped to keep him young at heart. he likes to finish the day in style with a large G&T!

Austen Moran

Austen is our building / project manager having joined our team in 2019, having over 30 years experience in the construction industry and is ideally qualified to take on this role. He leads a team of gifted multi tradesman and woman and is a multi-industry award winning individual who has a proven track record. As a professional person he believes that a good work ethic is key, but a sense of humour always helps to keep a positive and enjoyable working environment.He enjoys travel, golf and is a strong supporter of local football.

Gary Martyn

Gary is our Contracts Manager here at Total Project Management, and has been with us since 2016. Gary is key to buying the best materials at the best prices ensuring these arrive to site as per schedules and with over 20 years experience working for a national building suppliers merchant he understands the ins and outs of the building trade. Outside of the office he loves cycling, swimming, fishing and golf (which a little 'birdie' tells us he is useless at!)

Sarah Driver

Sarah started with us at the end of 2017 as our Administration Manager, with her no nonsense approach she keeps the company on track and is extremely organised with her analytical skills. With a back ground in windows / doors and conservatories as well as kitchens she knows her stuff. If Sarah doesn't know it's simply isn't worth knowing. Out of the office she enjoys gigs, walking, dog sitting and a general animal lover. Sarah will most likely be the person you speak to when you call the office.

Rob Slater (Not a direct employee)

Rob is our health and safety adviser (Clearwater safety group) Rob ensures that we have all health and safety in

place and regularly updates our policies to ensure this criteria is being met which is vital in our industry. Clearwater Safety specialises in general health & safety which includes construction, CDM and training. Clearwater Fire carries out Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Management Strategies, determines alarm requirements and associated activities.
